Hot Hatha

The Hot Hatha class breaks down the poses one by one and is more static than our Hot Vinyasa classes, this practice leaves time and space to explore alignment, breath (pranayama) and develop strength and flexibility. This class is for all levels. Great for beginners and for the more seasoned practitioner who wants to move in a slow, strong and steady way.

Hot Vinyasa

This is a flowing sequence of postures for conditioning, toning and focus. This class emphasises the connection of movement with the breath. Be prepared to sweat, tone your entire body and feel cleansed. This class will be transformative on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. Each teacher will bring a slightly different slant to the class. You can check out the teacher bios on our website to see what to expect.

our non - hot classes

Taking its roots from Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket is a challenging & energising series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasas, incorporating basic poses and some the opportunity to play with some arm balances; inversions and back bends. You are encouraged to work to your own level and start making your practice work for you.

Vinyasa Flow

The Vinyasa Flow practice is geared to improve strength, flexibility and tone the body. You will be led through a series of smoothly flowing postures which are synchronised to the breath. Flow (or “vinyasa” in Sanskrit) can be relatively fast-paced and challenging at times, and is therefore also known for its cardio benefits. Develop a true mind-body connection, allowing you to leave relaxed and in a meditative state. This practice is non-heated.
All levels welcome.

All levels welcome.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow will guide you through a gentle non heated practice to connect the breath to the movement and focus on alignment. It will leave you feeling restored and nourished.
Excellent for beginners who might not want to try the heat yet.
